崗位職責(zé)描述
1.In charge of fabric development; sourcing various of fabric in market for top management to do price comparison and selection
2.Analyze fabric sample, fabric development requirement and direction from customers and top management, source suitable fabric suppliers in global wise.
3.In charge of new fabric trial development, establish file for all initial selection and development.
4.In charge of quotation enquire, initial price negotiation before submit to top management approval. Prepare fabric purchasing contract and follow up, deal with quality issue for sample yardage.
5.In charge of approving fabric quality on the trial development, establish clear fabric quality standard for future bulk production
6.Establish fabric filling and managing work.
工作職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)公司現(xiàn)有新老客戶產(chǎn)品的面料開發(fā)、采樣;搜集市場信息并提供給開發(fā)部總經(jīng)理進行比價篩選。
2.分析來樣產(chǎn)品的面料需求及客人及公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層對面料提出的開發(fā)方向,在全球范圍內(nèi)尋找并選擇供應(yīng)商。
3.負(fù)責(zé)面料的試樣工作,負(fù)責(zé)對初步選定的面料建立檔案。
4.負(fù)責(zé)對供應(yīng)商的詢價、議價工作,并擬定合同,跟進采購過程,處理面料出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題。
5.分析審批來樣,并制作大貨樣批版報告。
6.做好面料檔案的存檔與管理工作
Candidate requirement:
1.Bachelor, major in textile or dyeing would be preferred.
2.English skill: CET4 or above, need to be able to communicate directly with Business Development Staff and Designers in US company.
3.Over 5years fabric development and Procurement Experience.
4.Rich fabric knowledge, familiar with various of fabric character and market development direction
5.Hard working, pro-active, good team work spirit.
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills, would work under pressure.
7.Strong sense of cost and cost analyze ability
8.30 years old above
職位要求:
1.正規(guī)院校本科以上學(xué)歷,染整或紡織等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.英語四級以上,可以直接與美國公司銷售及設(shè)計人員直接進行溝通。
3.具有5年以上服裝面料采購或開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
4.熟悉面料知識,熟悉國內(nèi)外各種紡織面料的特性及市場發(fā)展趨勢。
5.工作勤奮,積極主動,良好的團隊合作精神。
6.優(yōu)秀的溝通和談判技能,能承受較大工作壓力。
7.具備很強的成本意識和成本分析能力。
