崗位職責(zé)：
Responsibilities:
1. 深入學(xué)習(xí)并理解廠區(qū)各種設(shè)備及工藝過程;
Learn and understand the equipment and process in the site;
2. 指導(dǎo)操作人員的對(duì)異常情況的應(yīng)對(duì)（將工藝恢復(fù)至控制限以內(nèi)，或更改控制限度）;
Guide the operators to response abnormal situations (Ensure the process stay within control limit or adjust control limit accordingly);
3. 了解生產(chǎn)中的有關(guān)問題，尤其是一線員工對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝的評(píng)價(jià)，要求，期望和建議；統(tǒng)計(jì)，分析生產(chǎn)各工序能力指數(shù)，找出存在問題，促成發(fā)展，對(duì)改進(jìn)工藝安全和降低生產(chǎn)成本、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提出合理化建議;
Know problems related to production, especially the operators’ assessment, requirement, expectation and suggestion on production process, calculate and analyze CPK, trouble-shooting, advance suggestions on improving process safety, reducing production cost and promoting product quality;
4. 按照公司質(zhì)量體系、 ISO9001和客戶的需求，實(shí)施并貫徹質(zhì)量體系;
According to company quality system, ISO9001 and customer requirements, implement QS.
5. 上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Other tasks arranged by the supervisor.
備注：入司后，須在生產(chǎn)一線倒班至少三年時(shí)間，熟悉并掌握生產(chǎn)操作全過程。
Remark: at least three-years’ shift work is required, which aims at making employees know and grasp the whole manufacturing process.
任職資格：
Qualifications:
1. 全日制重點(diǎn)高校本科及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)工程、無(wú)機(jī)材料、高分子材料、紡織工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Major in chemical engineering, inorganic material, high polymer material, textile engineering or related in full-time key universities or above;
2. 英語(yǔ)六級(jí)，讀寫流暢，口頭交流無(wú)障礙; 能熟練運(yùn)用WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件；
Fluent English speaking，reading and writing，CET-6 or above; be proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT and other office software;
3. 思維敏捷、性格開朗、有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神; 吃苦耐勞，有從基層開始鍛煉和學(xué)習(xí)的決心。
Be quick in response and open-minded, have teamwork spirit; stand hard work with decision of learning from production line.

1. 薪酬：
Salary：
***年：9-11萬(wàn)（本科生），11萬(wàn)-13萬(wàn)（研究生）;
1st year: 9W-11W(bachelor), 11W-13W(master);
第二年：根據(jù)工作表現(xiàn)，做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整;
2nd year: Salary will be improved in accordance with personal performance;
