Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
協(xié)助產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程，確保產(chǎn)品達(dá)到客戶的質(zhì)量和預(yù)算要求
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
安排樣品提交給客戶審批
Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
了解客戶需求，制定相應(yīng)的采購方案
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
與供應(yīng)商保持良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系，確保開發(fā)與生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，并提供解決方案。
Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up merchandising, production control and order follow-up
與同事們密切合作，完成訂單報(bào)價(jià)、生產(chǎn)與出貨相關(guān)跟進(jìn)工作
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作
Requirements
Diploma or Above in related field
相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant products
5年以上的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Good command of written English，literate in Microsoft office programs；
良好的英語讀寫能力，熟練操作辦公軟件；
Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
良好的溝通能力，顧客導(dǎo)向，自我激勵(lì)，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，善于解決問題，能適應(yīng)在壓力環(huán)境下工作。
Travel is required if needed
