崗位職責(zé)描述
工作職責(zé):
1.依據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃和總銷售目標(biāo),擬訂本部門或個(gè)人的工作目標(biāo)與計(jì)劃,并隨時(shí)予以追蹤控制,以便有效執(zhí)行。
Draw up working target and plan of department or individual according to company's business plan and sales target, trace and control at all times for effective execution.
2.負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)立,設(shè)計(jì)和完善相應(yīng)區(qū)域的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Take responsibilities to set up, design and perfect related area's sales network.
3.負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理、歸納客戶資料,對(duì)客戶群進(jìn)行透徹的分析, 建立健全銷售檔案(CRM)。
Take responsibilities to collect, sort and archive client's documents, analyze thoroughly our clients and build and perfect wholesome sales document.
4.積極拓展新客戶和提升銷售業(yè)績(jī),支持集團(tuán)內(nèi)部子公司之間的客戶轉(zhuǎn)移。
Develop new customers and improve sales performance, support customers transfer between company subsidiary.
5.搜集市場(chǎng)信息:a)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài) b)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì) c)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者及其戰(zhàn)略 d)機(jī)會(huì)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 并通報(bào)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
Collect market information and report to the company leadership: a) market dynamic b) market trend c) competitors and strategic d) opportunity and risk.
6.建議和執(zhí)行增加市場(chǎng)份額和強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)滲透的方案和計(jì)劃。
Suggest and execute to increase market share and strengthen market penetration.
7.配合GKA的營(yíng)銷工作, 客觀、及時(shí)的反映客戶的意見和建議,不斷完善工作。
Cooperate with the marketing of the GKA, reflect customers' opinions and suggestions objectively and timely, constantly improve own work.
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,紡織工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2:5年及以上服裝內(nèi)飾、箱包內(nèi)飾行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),或3年的紡織縫紉線銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3:有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。
4:有GKA的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳。
5:能常住大連或青島或北京。
6:有C駕照。
7:良好的英語讀、寫、聽、說能力。
