Main Tasks:
主要任務(wù)
1.依據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃和總銷售目標(biāo),擬訂本部門或個(gè)人的工作目標(biāo)與計(jì)劃,并隨時(shí)予以追蹤控制,以便有效執(zhí)行。
Draw up working target and plan of department or individual according to company's business plan and sales target, trace and control at all times for effective execution.
2.負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)立,設(shè)計(jì)和完善相應(yīng)區(qū)域的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Take responsibilities to set up, design and perfect related area's sales network.
3.負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理、歸納客戶資料,對(duì)客戶群進(jìn)行透徹的分析, 建立健全銷售檔案(CRM)。
Take responsibilities to collect, sort and archive client's documents, analyze thoroughly our clients and build and perfect wholesome sales document.
4.積極拓展新客戶和提升銷售業(yè)績(jī),支持集團(tuán)內(nèi)部子公司之間的客戶轉(zhuǎn)移。
Develop new customers and improve sales performance, support customers transfer between company subsidiaries.
5.搜集市場(chǎng)信息:a)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài) b)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì) c)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者及其戰(zhàn)略 d)機(jī)會(huì)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 并通報(bào)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
Collect market information and report to the company leadership: a) market dynamic b) market trend c) competitors and strategic d) opportunity and risk.
6.建議和執(zhí)行增加市場(chǎng)份額和強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)滲透的方案和計(jì)劃。
Suggest and execute to increase market share and strengthen market penetration.
7.為了保持現(xiàn)有和目標(biāo)全球買家及買家銷售的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),與各部門以及下屬合作,保證協(xié)議價(jià)格以及合作體系的順利實(shí)施;推進(jìn)交貨期;解決質(zhì)量服務(wù)投訴。
In order to ensure the sustainable increasing of the sales turnover for the taregt GKA and buyers, cooperate with the other depts, ensure the excusion of price and cooperative system works smoothly. Understanding and imporve the LT, solve the quanlity claim.
8. 從德國(guó)總部,其他分公司、現(xiàn)有客戶以及服裝行業(yè)同仁處獲得客戶信息,拜訪客戶和買家、推廣產(chǎn)品、協(xié)商價(jià)格以及協(xié)調(diào)合作體系,贏得指定機(jī)會(huì)和客戶訂單,協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)員或自己直接取得訂單實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售。
From Germany HQ and the other subsidiaries, current customer and garment peer,Collect the customer info, visit customer and buyers, promote our product, negotiate price and coordinate cooperation system, get the buyer nomination or get the order from the vendor side, help sales to get the order or get the order by yourself in order to achieve the sales turnover.
9.做好各項(xiàng)匯報(bào)如每周拜訪計(jì)劃(每周一),訪客報(bào)告和記錄(每周五),銷售報(bào)告(每月初)等等。
Complete every report such as visiting plans( every Monday), visitors reports and record (every Friday), the sales reports (at the beginning of every month)
and so on.
10.盡職盡責(zé)全力實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人或本部銷售目標(biāo)。
Work Dutifully to achieve personal or department's sales targets
11.不得兼職其他工作。
You can't take up other work.
12.遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,遵從公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的各項(xiàng)指令。
Abide by all the regulations of the company, follow all the instructions from the leader of the company.
任職要求:
1.asscciated degree,prefer BA and above
2.at least 2ys sales experience in trim industry and merchandiser in garment industry prefer to have GKA experience
3.CET 4 and above
4.fluent in english writing and speaking
5.prefer to have the drive license
6.preger the guangdong citizen but not a must
