崗位職責(zé)描述
具體要求：
1，機(jī)械或紡織工程相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2，能使用辦公軟件，有良好的人際溝通能力
3,大專以上學(xué)歷，英語四級以上
4，一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，應(yīng)屆生亦可
工作職責(zé)：
1, Erection and commissioning of machines
負(fù)責(zé)安裝機(jī)器
2, Attend and resolve the complaints in the machine
處理產(chǎn)品客訴
3, Report the company on machine performance and feedback about market.
向公司機(jī)器的運(yùn)行情況和市場反饋
4, Train the customer team and ensure proper handling of machines by customer.
培訓(xùn)客服團(tuán)隊(duì)，確?？蛻舢a(chǎn)品的正常維護(hù)
5, Report to office and brief on the progress and for internal work as & when required.
必要時，簡要的向辦公室匯報(bào)進(jìn)程和內(nèi)部工作
6, Co-ordinate with CSD office team for resolution of customer issues and follow up
協(xié)助客服團(tuán)隊(duì)解決客戶的問題并跟進(jìn)
7, Organise and return back the defective material to factory
