●Engineering degree with good technical skills工程相關(guān)專業(yè),有良好的專業(yè)技能
●At least 8 years working experience in a machinery sales field dealing in the textiles processing.至少八年以上的紡織機(jī)械銷售行業(yè)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
●At least 5 years working experience as key account manager in textile machinery manufacturing company至少5年在紡織機(jī)械制造公司的客戶經(jīng)理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
●Able to deal with decision makers, such as Owners CEO's Plant managers有能力和決策者溝通,如企業(yè)主首席執(zhí)行官工廠經(jīng)理
●Speak fluent English in writing and speaking英語(yǔ)寫說(shuō)流利
●Target focused做事專注
●Be able to work under pressure能承受壓力
●Willing to travel extensively within China能在中國(guó)范圍內(nèi)出差
職責(zé)描述:
-Plan and execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target.
通過(guò)計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行銷售活動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)施公司總體銷售戰(zhàn)略,發(fā)展新客戶并實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)定的銷售目標(biāo)
-Lead sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
對(duì)公司的戰(zhàn)略重要性的潛在客戶開(kāi)展銷售活動(dòng);在拜訪客戶的過(guò)程中,能對(duì)客戶決策,報(bào)告和合同談判產(chǎn)生影響
-Monitors the market information of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques
監(jiān)控競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)信息和服務(wù),組織和評(píng)估他們的營(yíng)銷和銷售技巧
-Coach sales personnel on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers; motivate team members and communicate with them about target setting, performance review and development plan

-Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problems areas; analyze reasons and work on solutions for making improvement

-Establishes distributors and key account relationships and ensures they are managed properly

-Communicate with management and other teams in the company to initiate discussion and give advice on problem & solutions, internal & external cooperation, promotion plan and process optimization

New project development analysis, expenses budget, developing schedule and plan controlling, report to GM about development starts of new product新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的分析,費(fèi)用預(yù)算,發(fā)展規(guī)劃和規(guī)劃控制,向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)關(guān)于新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的進(jìn)程
