Education:
Either Bachelor degree major in textiles, engineering or science.紡織、工程、科學(xué)技術(shù)方面的本科學(xué)歷
Or minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive Textile manufacturing. 或5年以上汽車面料工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Job specific:
Lead the allocated OEM cell. 主管分配的OEM單元
Visit customer as applicable. 適當(dāng)?shù)目蛻舭菰L
Understand OEM specification in detail. 熟悉主機(jī)廠的技術(shù)要求
Ensure product passes OEM test specifications. 確保產(chǎn)品符合主機(jī)廠的測試要求
Submit test packs to OEM for sign off. 向主機(jī)廠提交測試報(bào)告
Plan and schedule trials to meet customer deadlines.按照客戶的時(shí)間要求安排試樣
Select optimum Raw Materials and Process Route for all samples and subsequent production
挑選原材料和流程
Develop robust fit for purpose products to handover to manufacturing.樣品移交
Run 5 production batches pre-launch with Technical Manufacturing present.
協(xié)助生產(chǎn)技術(shù)做5個(gè)批次的試生產(chǎn)
Write SOP for production.
起草生產(chǎn)用的SOP
Create Handover pack for production.
準(zhǔn)備移交資料
Acquire in depth knowledge of all process areas深入了解各道工序
- Warping, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing and Lamination.
包括整經(jīng)、織造、針織、染色、后整理和復(fù)合等
Coach, mentor, train Engineers – goal is to create the Senior Engineers of the future.
