Support the lab quality engineer handle the test report and analysis
Support the quality engineer to maintain the lab quality system
Daily lab equipment maintenance
Fully implement the lab safety rules
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Handled customer complaints處理客戶投訴
Support the quality engineer to gathering, analyzing and assessing complaint.

Performs all duties and fulfills all obligations with a focus on protecting health, safety and the environment in the workplace and the quality of products and processes. Actively contributes to continuous improvement of health, safety, the environment and quality:
discusses improvement proposals with the supervisor or the HSE Manager
reports problems to the supervisor or the HSE Manager
takes appropriate action in the event of urgent problems
