倉庫的日常工作及人員的全面管理。
Be responsible for the warehouse daily job as well as the operator management
日常對內(nèi)對外進(jìn)貨及出貨事宜。
In charge the daily warehouse operation.
對上級主管定期及不定期提供報(bào)表。
Prepare the report as per requirement from the line manager.
根據(jù)工作需求安排倉庫工作人員的日常工作并批準(zhǔn)加班及休假申請。負(fù)責(zé)下屬員工的教育培訓(xùn)及月考勤，考核和績效的評定
Arrange the shift and daily assignment for operators and approve the overtime and annual leave application. Be responsible to prepare the performance evaluation,training plan for subordinates.
-優(yōu)化倉庫的操作流程并能現(xiàn)場給員工講解并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)培訓(xùn)從而確保相應(yīng)的流程被嚴(yán)格遵守。
Work out and optimize the warehouse operational processes. Keep training the warehouse operators and ensure the processes are followed.
-督促倉管員及時(shí)做好各類臺帳,對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)倉、驗(yàn)貨等整理登記入帳工作（做到準(zhǔn)確無誤），以便統(tǒng)計(jì)和核查
Ensure the warehouse operators do the bookkeeping and record the goods receiving/issuing properly in ERP system in a timely manner to support the future audit.
-及時(shí)與物流部溝通廠方到貨情況，并組織人員做好接貨準(zhǔn)備
Communicate with logistics and customer service to arrange goods receiving and issuing in advance.
-督促和配合倉管員定期對倉庫產(chǎn)品盤點(diǎn)清查，發(fā)現(xiàn)帳、物不符時(shí)，找出原因上報(bào)部門主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)予以調(diào)帳處理；
Lead and support the cycle counting. Investigate the discrepancy and report to supply chain to conduct the reconciliation.
-對貶值、不完整和不合格產(chǎn)品向公司提出處理意見 Provide suggestion to planner / supply china regarding the aged blocked material .
-負(fù)責(zé)對倉庫進(jìn)行分區(qū)管理，各類物品要分區(qū)放置，擺放整齊，做好標(biāo)識，井然有序，達(dá)到有效管理倉庫的目的。Segregate the material in different area and ensure the stock in good order with proper sign to manage the warehouse effectively.
-嚴(yán)格放行條的簽發(fā)和使用，不得亂發(fā)亂簽放行條
Issue the goods releasing notice and stick the rule of issuing the notice.
-監(jiān)督好所有物品的保管工作，所有進(jìn)出倉庫的物品均須有相關(guān)責(zé)任人簽字
Ensure the proper stock keeping. All goods receiving and issuing note had been signed by the relevant staff properly.
-并定期對倉管員、搬運(yùn)工人進(jìn)行工作培訓(xùn)和崗位考核
Assess the performance of individuals periodically and arrange training accordingly.
-每周做好工作總結(jié)報(bào)告，如實(shí)反映工作情況和工作中遇到的問題，積極提出合理化建議
Prepare the weekly warehouse performance summary. Not only report the issue but also carry out the suggestion.
-發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)力量。帶領(lǐng)下屬員工做好倉庫的工作；
Care and lead the whole team in order to make the whole team work closely and carry out the strong team spirit.
-管理好保稅及非保稅庫存，確保所有操作符合相應(yīng)法規(guī)要求
Manage the bonded inventory as well as the non bonded inventory to ensure all
compliance requirement are met .
